Jakarta Transportation Agency Head, Syafrin Liputo issued a Decree No. 57/2022 on Technical Guidelines for Traffic Management Implementation with Odd-even System during PPKM Level 3 COVID-19.

The decree which was signed on February 7, 2022, regulated about the implementation of the odd-even system on 13 roads and 3 tourist sites in Jakarta.

10. Jalan H.R. Rasuna Said;
11. Jalan D.I. Panjaitan;
12. Jalan Jenderal A. Yani, starting from Intersection of Jalan Bekasi Timur Raya until Intersection of Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan;
13. Jalan Gunung Sahari
Here are 3 tourist sites that apply odd-even system:
1. East and West Entrance Gates of Ancol;
2. Entrance Gate 1 and 3 of Taman Mini Indonesia Indah
3. North and West Entrance Gates of Taman Margasatwa Ragunan (Ragunan Zoo).
He informed that the odd-even system on 13 roads will be in effect on February 8-14, 2022, from Monday to Friday at 06:00-10:00 and 16:00-21:00.
"The system doesn't apply on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays," he added, Friday (2/11).
Then at tourist sites, it will be in effective on February 11-13, 2022, or from Friday (2/11) at 12:00 to Sunday (2/13) at 18:00.
"It doesn't apply to motorcycles, but only four-wheeled vehicles and more," he said.
Here are vehicles that are free from the odd-even system:
1. Vehicles with special marking carrying people with disabilities;
2. Ambulance;
3. Fire truck;
4. Public transportation vehicles (yellow plate);
5. Electric motorized vehicles;
6. Motorcycles;
7. Vehicles transporting Oil Fuel and Gas Fuel;
8. Vehicles belonging to the Leaders of State High Institutions of Republic of Indonesia:
-President/Vice President;
-Chairman of the People's Consultative Assembly/House of Representatives/Regional Representative Council;
-Chairman of the Supreme Court/Constitutional Court/Judicial Commission/Supreme Audit Agency
9. Operational vehicles with red plates, TNI and POLRI;
10. Vehicles for leaders and officials of foreign countries and international institutions who are state guests;
11. Vehicles that provide assistance in traffic accidents;
12. Vehicles with certain purposes according to consideration of POLRI officers, such as money-carrying vehicles (Bank Indonesia, inter-bank, ATM filling) with supervision from POLRI;
13. Vehicles transporting health workers for handling COVID-19 during national disaster management period caused by COVID-19 transmission;
14. Vehicles transporting COVID-19 patients;
